By registering on our platform and uploading your details, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
LoM. is a platform that matches engineers and IT professionals with freelance projects and outsourcing opportunities offered by Japanese and international client companies.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for the truthfulness of your CV/Resume and experience.
For client identification and professional matching purposes, candidate resumes must include a clear, professional face photo. Resumes uploaded without a photo may not be considered for matching.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by LoM., registered candidates are strictly prohibited from bypassing the platform to contract directly with clients introduced by LoM.
LoM. acts as a matching facilitator and does not guarantee project employment. We are not liable for any disputes arising during project executions between candidates and clients.
LoM.への登録・情報の送信をもって、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。
本プラットフォームは、エンジニアおよびITプロフェッショナルに対して、国内外の業務委託案件（準委任契約など）のマッチング支援を提供します。
経歴書や入力情報に虚偽がないことを保証するものとします。
クライアントへのマッチングおよび本人確認のため、ご提出いただく職務経歴書には必ず本人の顔写真画像を掲載してください。写真がない場合は選考対象外となる場合があります。
紹介したクライアントと、当社の仲介なしに直接取引（バイパス行為）を行うことは固く禁止されています。
